### Inquiries and quotations

Submitting an inquiry form starts a non-binding conversation. A quotation issued by our engineering team becomes binding only when signed and accepted by both parties. Pricing, lead times, and certifications quoted are valid for the period stated on the quotation.

### Custom work

All products are configurable. Custom projects are quoted individually based on specification, quantity, and timeline. Standard custom projects typically take 15–30 days from design confirmation to sample, with flexible MOQ from single prototype to full batch.

### Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Baoding Sunshine Enterprises Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.

### Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be attempted in good-faith negotiation, and failing that, in arbitration in Beijing.
