Baoding Sunshine Enterprises Ltd. (“SUNSHINE”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. It applies to this website and any inquiry form you submit through it.

### What we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact or inquiry forms:

* Your name, company / organization, country, email address, and (optionally) phone / WhatsApp number.
* The product line you are interested in and the message you send us.
* The IP address of the device you submit the form from, used solely for spam and fraud prevention.

We do **not** use tracking cookies for advertising, do **not** sell your data to third parties, and do **not** profile you across other websites. Analytics on this site uses privacy-friendly tooling that does not require consent for cookie placement.

### Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare technical or commercial proposals, and (with your consent) follow up on projects under discussion. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, the pre-contractual steps you have initiated (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

### How long we keep it

Inquiries are retained for the duration of the project discussion plus up to 24 months thereafter for audit and quality purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

### Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to the email below. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

### Data storage

Form submissions are stored on our web server and delivered to our sales team by email. Servers are operated by reputable hosting providers. We do not use third-party form processors or marketing automation platforms that would receive a copy of your data.
